steering rack

hello could anyone help me source a steering rack for my 1994 e30 318i ?
I normally use europarts who have been really good but for this part it is a little confusing...
it lists a cheap price approx. £120 pounds but then adds £190 to the price until you return your old steering rack then if the condition of it is serviceable they re-fund the £190 ...
is this a common thing ? it sounds very reasonable to me, but obviously only with the re-fund...
anyway any help/advice finding a good steering rack would be grateful
