E30 Zone

The backs of an e36 touring rear seat? Or e30 touring?
I have swapped interiors on both and need to swap the rear "boards"over without breaking them.

Anyone know how?

I *think* that the e30 ones slide down then come off. Never done the e36 ones though. Although it could be the same. E36:
