Heater Control Panel

Hi, Has anyone got a decent Heater Control panel, please?
Needs the be a good condition with no cracks or breakages. I don't know whether it is relevant to mention my car has a 13 button ODBC fitted, so should be able to take this (they are all possibly the same item?).
