Hi, I've recently had the same done by BMR Performance. Here's a list of the main parts you'll need to source or buy new.
Second Hand Parts:
- Getrag 26) Manual Gearbox
- 325i Manual Propshaft
- Flywheel
- Manual Pedal Box
Purchased New:
- Propshaft Coupling: 26 11 1 225 624
- Flywheel Spacer: 11 22 1 262 827
- Flywheel Bolts x 8: 1 22 7 805 885
- Clutch Assembly Kit: Sachs kit from: buycarparts.co.uk
- Clutch Master Kit: Sachs kit from: buycarparts.co.uk
- Clutch Slave Kit: Saches kit from: buycarparts.co.uk
- Clutch Fluid Reservoir: 21 52 1 117 729
- Clutch Fluid Reservoir Holder: 21 52 1 154 127
- Clutch Intake Hose: 21 52 1 163 714
- Gear Knob: 25 11 2 231 550
- Gear Gaitor: 25 11 1 221 306
- Gear Shift Rod Joint: 25 11 7 503 525
- Gear Shift Lever Rubber Boot: 25 11 1 220 912
- Straight Selector Rod: 25 11 1 221 657
- Bearing Shifting Arm: 25 11 1 220 707

That is an awesome list. May I ask what ballpark the total bill was including BMR's time. I cannot find a manual version of the car I want and have been mulling this over as a way forward.

(I had various bits done by BMR at the same time so need to work out what’s what.)

Hi, apologies for the delay - total cost including labour was £2508.39.... breakdown as attached. I chose to have the flywheel lightened and also opted for a short shift lever.
