Sarah does look after her car quite well but she never gives it a good paedoing and I felt it needed a bit of a spruce. Its had its annual service this week which also coincided with a fault that occurred with the ignition switch - £12 part and half hour labour but I asked them to go through the car with a fine toothed comb.

They came up with a list of about 20 items that needed doing but, after bricking it, realised they were all little jobs such as the hand brake wasn't springing back as good as it should so they removed and refitted, timing chain washer was leaking which was completed FOC, bit of play in track rod ends etc etc.

When I picked the car up it was like driving a new car not a 9 year old car with almost 90k on the clock. Everything from the feel of the pedals which all seemed softer, the gear changed seemed smoother but just the general feel of the car and it still goes like stink.

Thanks to Steve for lending me his uber pressure washer, its transformed the roof back to this nice black!!!
