Cheap bodyshop in Thornton Heath for VW Polo Rear Bumper???

As above - wondering if anyone round here knows of a dirt cheap bodyshop that can supply and fit a rear bumper for an '09 plate VW Polo?????
Had a quote of £280, but wanna make sure that's as cheap as I can possibly get - as it's not even my car

This is the 'damage' that the quote was for!!!
Only had the one quote so far and they said the bumper needs replacing!!
Hard to tell from my crappy pic!!!!

try mr autos in bedwardine rd , just round the corner from gipsy hill police station, ask for mark he's a quality sprayer and very good price wise.

Pop down to GT Crash Repairs, Portslade Rd off Wandsworth Rd and ask for Devon. Tell him what you have been quoted and tell him Terry sent you down.
