It maybe incredibly rare but it's also incredibly shit!

In about 1988, Shortly after the engine fell out of my brothers hearing aid beige Alpine at 5 ways in Croydon (and yes it did literally drop out on one side and yes he did walk away from it and leave it there on a Saturday afternoon and never go back), he went and bought a metallic turquoise Rancho. On which he promptly damaged the OSF wing. Muggings here had to fix it. When he bought it I slated him and his retort was "you want a rolls Royce for 500 quid"!!!

When I had the front off I showed him the rotten inner wings and how I'd had to bodge it all up on the cheap. I had to get a Simca wing and trim the arch off of it to fit the Rancho plastic arch shite to it as no one sold a rancho wing.

After a few months, the gearbox shat itself and the tappets got so noisy to be able to start it legally before 9am.

It was a complete shitbox of the most immense proportions. And that's probably the reason the white one for sale, has so little mileage. No one in their right mind, would want to drive one!
