Came across this on my daily hunt for turds.

I am a fan of these... but £25,000? Seem's a bit strong.

The 6.3 is a very different animal in every way to the lesser 108 saloons . 25k ain't too strong if the car is proper. Very few are :(

My dad bought a very poorly 6.3 in Donegal in 86/87 IIRC, it was an Irish yoke from new , the original owner was thespian / media type Hugh Leonard . I recall it being rusty and the inline mechanical injection pump being in trouble . When they finally headed back to Aus, it was served to a victim from Cork. Where is it now ?

From my experience, anything old and executive from the South is rarely proper.

The ad itself doesn't give much confidence!

Still, would be a cool old bus to waft about in. :)

I've had some fun experiences over the last week with Irish turds and the owners that are trying to serve them. Including one angry man in Mayo

Tell us more about the turdz and the angry Mayo man ? :)

As a lad, I was told the only good thing in Mayo, was the road out of the place . As a Connemara man, that made me feel good , I always thought we were the missing link ! :)

Not much to tell.

I rang the chap in question on the Monday but got no answer.
Rang him again on the Tuesday. He was very annoyed about the two phone calls and told me the turd was sold. Yet its still for sale online?

So I think he disliked my area code.

The west is a strange place but no where is stranger than Malin.

I've been sniffing around a few turdz.

A 2002 touring
E3
Two E21's
E23's

Everything is overpriced imo. Including this but the owner was a nice chap!

EDIT: O and a lovely e28 but my insurance wouldn't play ball.
