1987 325i Sport Tech 1 (pre-facelift)

I am planning to sell this car which I have owned since 2015, details are as follows:
Mileage 214,688
MoT to Sept
15” BBS wheels refurbished and with new centre caps, currently fitted with Michelin Alpin winter tyres
DanThe has fitted an E46 rack, his uprated engine mounts, Z3 gear lever, eccentric wishbone bushes, new ABS relay, and checked the service light batteries.
Cruise control, sumpguard and remote central locking fitted
A previous owner is said to have had the engine rebuilt, but there is no paperwork for that, it does use very little oil
It has an uprated engine ECU imported from Germany
Bilstein uprated front damper inserts and all four springs were replaced in 2019
The petrol tank and exhaust system have been replaced in recent years
It has new mats
The drivers seat was repled by the previous owner and the bolster is perfect
It has the later ’smiley’ head lamps, which dip to the left or right with uprated bulbs
The foglights are off the car at the moment but come with it
I have never been able to get the brake pad wear indicators to function
It was a cat D write off when 12 years old, but at that age even very minor damage would have resulted in a W/O and specialists have been unable to see any evidence of repair
As far as I can judge, the value is about £20,000 I should be interested to know what others think.
