Starter motor wiring and ECU location.

Hi all,
Two questions. I've been building an M60B44 engine, however on the M60B40 loom I have I cant see how it connects to the starter motor. Could you show me some pictures of how the starter motor connects to the loom?
Also if possible could someone show me the Knock sensor connectors? My loom seems to have 3 pin connectors however my knock sensors only have 2 pins?
Secondly can you show me where you have mounted your engine ECUs? I'm thinking once the engine is running I'll extend the wires and mount it under the dash in the E30 location as I don't want it in the engine bay if I can avoid it. What have you all done?
