What suspension

Hi there, built a e30 v8 but the suspension is shocking, I have fully polybushed the whole car but it bounces all over the place.

Currently I have some custom made coilovers and and then lowering springs and shocks on the rear (all done by the previous owner)

Whats the best route for handling and trackday driving? What have people found the best for v8 conversion?

i have a set of GAZ Gold coilovers all round with spring rates for Road- 500lb front, 250lb rear and
Track- 650lb front 350lb rear.
seems sturdy to me
