Air intake options, whats the best

Afternoon lads.
I was just wondering what is the optimal intake setup for the s50 in an e30.
I have no intake at the moment and the car is in the shed over 6 years and never drove it. Its about time I get it finished.
I am toying with simply a rubber elbow and a cone filter and maintain the maf.
Carbon airbox
ITB stacks
The latter two I presume would require an map sensor and alpha N.
Has any one got any opinions and links where to buy?
