E30 Zone

I need to do some fault finding on my s50 e30, but the stomp test no longer works. There seems to be a lot of confusion with what diagnostic tools will work for the obd1 ecu? I'd get a Peake one if it wasn't for the wit to get it from the states.

Can anyone recommend a diagnostic tool that definitely works with obd1 engines? Or does anyone have a tool I could borrow/buy from them?

I have a Foxwell NT644 very expensive because it has every car on the planet listed. The 510/520 will do the same for bmw. It will recognise the s50 ECU and do engine diagnostics plus live data.
