labour cost?

hi ya guys im thinking of doing a conversion on one of my e30 from a m20 to a s50 what sort of cost am i looking on the labour side of it only ?
I'd estimate at least 20 hours at £50 an hour = £1000.
That covers removing old engine, putting in new engine, servicing new engine and a shake down test.
