Random rolling road figures won't really help you but,a customers s50b32 made 302 bhp with a complete Btb system. My own b30 made 284 bhp with a Btb manifold and cross pipe with a custom system.

My B30 made various figures on different RRs. 292bhp was the lowest, 298 the highest. I was annoyed it didn't quite make the 300bhp mark! (although it did make 304bhp on a set of rollers that were well know for over reading!)
The figures seamed to be fairly constant, so I guesstimated around 295bhp for pub ammo :D
My mates 280bhp Scooby couldn't keep up with me winkeye

That was with the BTB manifold and X-pipe, but a custom exhaust. Afaik, the engine itself was standard (other than a heat shielded cone filter) but the ECU case had been opened, so that may of been fiddled with by a previous owner.

I usually take RR figures with a pinch of salt and just use them as a way to see any gains or losses made from any mods.

cheers my car made 260 @wheels but has a standard e36 m3 system including the cats

just seeing if a nice system could get it towards the 300 mark.

For 300 at the wheels you would need more than an exhaust, cams/intake mods etc
