525 - SUMP FITTING to s50

when fitting the front bowl sump do you fit the crank splash cover off the 525 engine or does your s50 crank splash cover still fit?

The tray ( part of the sump internals )is all that can stay, it also has to be trimmed along the edge to clear the crank or you will have contact. Some people remove it, ask what others have done!

Mine is removed and I seem to be having quite a bit of oil in my inlet manifold when driven hard!

I removed the windage tray in the pan and used the S50 one.

Same here. Car got used hard on track with no issues.

cheers guys going to be building mine back up this week
and have croft on Monday so will know if that worked or if I have other problems
