E30 Zone

Hi all, just a quick question, is the sump, pick up pipes the same on a e34 m50 as the e34 m5. (3.8 24 valve). need a sump and pick up dip stick etc for my e30 s50 project. thanks for your time.

Thanks gents. some bloke on ebay is fitting dry sumps to two e34 m5's and has the original sumps on ebay.

Aww... I was hoping it was going to be some bloke has a few half knackered E34 M5s or even just 3.8s so I could plunder a few bits for my own

Hi gents read your post and just because I'm in the processes of doing the s50 swap I'm looking for the above mentioned, oil sump, pick up tube and dip stick and tube, please any ideas where can I buy them?? thanks.

The dip stick n tube are not expensive from bmw, the oil pump pick up and gasket also fairly cheap at the dealers too. Someone on the zone will come along and offer you a sump im sure, try skoda or magpie, both may have a sump.
