Suspension settings

In order to cope with the extra weight of the S50, I'm installing a set of Koni single adjustable dampers and H&R springs for the 6-pot. Now, what settings on the Koni do you people recommend for a street car?
Other stuff that will be on the car include the front and rear M3 5-lug suspension, 20mm front and 14 mm rear sway bars.
