Oil leak - S50B32

Hi guys,
I've been running my S50 for about three months now without a hitch (apart from a leaky power steering rack) but noticed an odd smell the other day.
Lifted the bonnet to be greeted with a waft of black smoke. Something is leaking oil at the front of the engine and it is spraying back onto the cam cover and hot, wrapped manifold! It appears to be coming from around the VANOS unit, and is drippin directly down onto the lower coolant pipe and out into the world.
Can anyone think what is causing this? I am going to order and fit a whole set of new seals for the VANOS, and for the cam cover, plus probably one for the chain tensioner, just in case.
Will I meet any road blocks in fitting these?
