Hi all

Just wondering how hard it is to remove the intake manifold from an M40 as it is in dire need of a lick of paint

the "large white piece" is indeed the inlet manifold its not that bad its only about 4 bolts just take care to label the vacuum hoses when you take them off or take pics ect, while you do it give the ICV a clean out, possibly clean out the throttle body, replace the gasklets. take off the cam cover and paint that as well while your at it (assuming you havent already done this)
