E30 Zone

Pardon me for posting this but I can't find original post or more info , but here it goes
My sport front leathers won't recline or move up and down I'm sitting on 3 folded towels to get right driving position ,
I saw a set of comfort coupe seats in a scrap yard will the reclining mechanisms interchange ? And do the seat rails interchange too ?

I reckon so! Get the seats and read the wiki, shows how to strip seats down. Just watch the gas dampers bit of a pain to refit!
