What do I need (2.0L)?

I suppose I'd be better off PMing people but thought I'd put a quick thread up.
I've been evaluating a few things, one of which is putting together a 2.0L engine to be able to race in my track car (I wouldn't be able to do this with the S/C).
I have an M44 block, pistons, rods and crank sitting on the bench doing F-all and a complete M42 on an engine stand doing F-all.
What would I need to do/add/combine with what I have to build a sub 2.0L engine?
