Running Rough when engine is warmed up

Hi, I have recently noticed a issue with my M52B28 swap, I have the following symptoms;
1) It's Difficult to start the engines from cold
2) When the engine has warmed up it starts to stall and Backfires when trying to accelerate
I read the fault codes from the DME and I see the following;
Can anyone please advise what might be the issue here?
