Slight hesitation/stuttering when cold

Upon first start up, my M52 doesn't run great....it feels almost similar to before I replaced the camshaft position sensor. Replaced plugs <3K ago. Goes away once warmed up.
Not sure if it might be the cams? Are there any other position sensors that may have gone tits up?
