Anyone knows where I can find any info about how to do it and what parts to replace?
Also how to secure that nut that comes off?
Thanks[/b]

You can buy the rotors from BMW, the nut only comes off if the person that tightened it has a limp wrist! A bit of loctite wouldn't hurt though

Link below, not the cheapest option, but explains everything, nut can be locktited (I think least preferred), drilled and wired or tack it on with a mig.
after looking at that, will probably do mine after I get my engine together, let me know how it goes, cheers.

That doesn't look bad... Thanks for that
I'll probably have a go and take some pictures for further reference
I think we need to update the zone to add pictures easier

I've opened up the oil pump and the rotors are imaculate,no nasty wear, doesn't shake... Everything moves smooth
The bloody spring nearly poked my eye after I removed the safety pin
Should I leave it like that or ordered them and change it ?
I'll put some pictures up when I log in with a computer

I bought a new one from bmw on here for £240
Loctite or weld? I was a bit dubious of putting heat on the shaft

Been cutting out some rust in my e30 and stitch welding new sections in some panels, so I'll mig 2 tacks, let her go cold between tacs, it'll be fine and never come off, I love security.
