Crankshaft seals on m52

Has anyone got a guide or something on how to replace the crankshaft seals?

The rear one seems to need a few bolts removing and the cassette comes off, I assume the old one is pressed out then and the new one in. Front one seems a little more involving?

I have both seals got, is there anything else I need? Gaskets, bolts?

The rear carrier has a gasket, as does the front timing chain cover, you can fit the front without removing the chain cover which is recommended if the head is staying on.
Personally, if its not leaking I would leave it alone, leaky crank seals on the 24v engines is usually unheard of

I might just do the rear one as a precation, engine out of box of seems like much more of a chore than doing the front one at a later time.
