Yeah Ive got that thanks.Ive got the whole 2.0 engine incase i need any other e34 specific parts

Ive had a look at alot of build threads and the only thing putting me off is either moving the servo or getting a smaller one.surely additional power will require bigger and better brakes so im a bit uneasy about that.

Im in no big rush.its a spare engine and just a scrap car i saved from the junkyard.just playing around with ideas as im trying to build an m20 turbo too

cheers guys

The clio servo is as good as/better than the E30 one, remember the E30 servo is 20 years older tech

Suppose that's true.and the pics clip one just bolts straight up?what if i wanted to run a set of four pot calipers i have to make it stop better?wouldn't the smaller servo exert less force?

The clio servo does look as if its too small at first glance compaired to e30 one but the clio one is deeper.
It`s nearly a straight swap except that the hole for the clevis pin needs opening up and the link rod will need slight adjustment.
I and probably 90%+ of others have the clio servo, with no i`ll effects if anything i`d say it`s better than the e30 one i had.
Four pot calipers will also be good, many already have them. :)
