Clio Servo - plastic winged Clio, 2001 up
Brake master cylinder - use standard? Anything better?

I think thats it and pretty much the complete list unless someone spots something missing?

I already have the following:
M20 starter & e21 323 flywheel
M3 Scorpion exhaust

Manifold + sump + TB + Dipsick
Rubber engine mounts
E34 UJ (x2)

I know a 2001 shape clio is the plastic winged one, Brendan. SummerHill Spares (over in coolock) wouldn't be crazily far from you and should have a few in :)

I've used an m20 brown temp sensor and its fine!

Also e36 328 rad on mine, again fine

I've used a plastic winged clio servo around 99-00 ish with my e30 master cylinder, used an old manifold stud cut to 20mm inserted in the master piston then bolted to the servo

And I'm saying this to everyone cos I found out AFTER I bolted my box to the engine!!... A spiggot bearing for an m20 engine with 12mm diameter hole! I had to take appart again to fit this bloody piece then put back together!!

I will have to have a rummage through my now book of bmw invoices for the part number mate but it sounds about right. Also different names for dif things... Heard people refer to them also as pilot bearings.
I will have a look tomoro unless someone beats me to it LOL 8)

You can use a 323 release bearing as far as I know.... I've used an m20b25 bearing! Seems to work alright man :)

Beware getting the Sachs clutch from ECP, when I went to pick mine up the guy at the couter gave me an LUK one, and said that that part number just refered to an OEM quality part which could be either. The website disagrees with him but thats what he said anyway.

I used the LUK in the end and it's been fine, grips the M50 nicely, but still...

OTTO do a Sach clutch kit for the 325 for 140+VAT Euro's, prob cheaper than ECP

You don't need the part number, just ask in bmw for a brown temp sensor for an e30. That's what I did, cost about £15 iirc

I haven't got my hands on all the parts yet, they got send to a mates house. You should get sorted though just asking for a e30 brown temp sensor :thumb:

Even if using an e36 gearbox (with m20 fly and clutch)?
