i have bean told there is a M50TUB25 and a M50B25 witch 1 should i put in 2 my car or dose it not mater

As far as I know, the TUB engine has VANOS whereas the regular B25 doesn't.

TU = technical update (or German equivalent), and refers to the addition of variable valve timing on the inlet cam.
Everything else being equal, go for the vanos version every time. Makes no difference at all to the work involved in the actual conversion.
