E30 Zone

Are any alternate inlet manifolds on the market? I think my supercharger maybe a bit conspicuous hanging out the bonnet!

As it's going to be boosted something with short trumpets to a log manifold would be ok, I know it's not difficult to make one but I'd rather buy one if it's reasonably priced.

I might have just found a solution!

Someone's chopped the runners down and used silicon hose reducing in size, as long as it seals it'd be ideal, so I can use the standard throttle etc. and the "bad design" is largely irrelevent as it's for a boosted application, what do you guys think?

I've seen the m51 diesel inlet but there's no provision for injectors by the look of it, has anyone used one and adapted it to take petrol injectors? Does it fit the M50 engine?

Wonder if that would do anything to alter the performance of the engine?

would certainly do away with needing to change the servo

leave the charger hanging out the bonnet and put a clutch on the pulley, then you can pretend you are mad max.

I can understand low torque would be affected in N/A guise but would it be bad when boosted?

Haha, my toy Ka is already mad max enough!
