E30 Zone

hi all im building an m50 turbo e30 and have brought an e36 m3/328 gearbox all i need to know is how i can tell its an m3 box i know they are a s5d320z but cant see this number anywhere on it ?
also i have a 3.2 m3 lightweight ally flywheel and uprated clutch will the standard m3 3.0 release bearing do for this?

just look up all the numbers visible on the gearbox.

can you recomend anywhere to crossreference the numbers
