A very expensive and inelegant solution to a simple problem, and does nothing to address the fact that various bits connected to the loom, that are not actually on the engine, are mounted in slightly different places in an E30 engine bay. I think I'm right in saying that Dan's looms are 'adjusted' for a better fit.
If you just want to fit the E36 loom as it is, then an E30 C101 plug, complete with 300mm of wire, some heat shrink sleeving, a soldering iron, and a spare hour are all you need.

It's still nearly £150 for something you could DIY easily enough as Brian says (and be better than that adaptor).
I usually DIY it, but my money would be going to Dan for one of his looms if I did another conversion.

Just done mine 2 weeks ago, never soldered before, gas soldering iron £20 ,solder £3 and two quid for heat shrink.
Used the guide on here and done in an hour.
Wish I had sent it to Dan to do so would be neater but wanted to try soldering and was off work.
