Reputable Garages for an engine swap?

Hi guys,

I know this forum is mainly used for details and conversation regarding the M50/M52 engine swap, so I thought this would be the best place to enquire about any experience people have had with reputable garages that can do this?

I'm looking at purchasing an E30 in the coming months, and I would crack out the spanners and give this a go myself, however I have nowhere to do it, and my job asks a lot of me so wouldn't have the time either.

I'm based near Cambridge and have heard great comments about "Big Bavarian Beauties" based in Ipswich and have had a base quote from them, however I was just wondering if there was anywhere else people would recommend to perform a conversion on a 316/318 auto to an E36 328i M52? (as they seem to be the most common and tidy variants out there at the moment).

Any advice is appreciated.

I own a track prepped e30 m52, built by big Bavarian beauties. Richard is a decent honest bloke! Wiring has since been redone, but he built it as a track car!! I still smile every time I drive it!!!!!
