Thinking stroker m50

Hi Guys ,
Thinking of mixing up my m50 2.5 , with my fubar m52 2.8 none TU.
Thinking steel 2.8 with vanos head for lower torque, then force induction [turbo] cheaper than [supercharger] i think ?
So will the two make a better motor than just boosting the stock m50 2.5 .
I,m looking for as much BHP as possible without lowering compression two much so it will still pull off a bit without the turbo lol .
Just picked up good m52 2.8 TU so my toy will be rolling again.
So no rush winter build
Doing this or thinking about it as now both sat there screeming build me boost me
Will m52 head fit m50 water way`s ?

Yes the head will go on but id probably be inclined to go non vanos for a turbo build, defo build a 'square engine' 2.8 though

Looking good for starting non vanos build soon, Got to pull the 52smoker out of car this week & fit good m52 then my toy back ,,Then bit's hunt shopping list getting bigger THANKS
