I think I'm right in saying all m30'd e28s have a single mass flywheel, and the m535 and m5 flywheels are the lightest of the bunch. You will also have to budget for a clutch as the single and dual mass clutches are different, and they're not cheap!

I have a single mass E28 M535i flywheel should you need one

Any early manual M30 fly will fit, mine is from an E28 525i with an E28 535i clutch.

Cheers!
Yes use E28 bolts as there shorter, ive no idea if the flywheel made any difference, i went to single mass fly when the Alpina lump went in.

You could get a custom E34 flywheel from TTS.
Takes the cheaper E34 clutch kit.

Are you saying my first M30 swap was a 'lob in' conversion?
How dare you!

We all know your cab conversion was a 'lob in' swap Rav.
We need updates.
