E30 Zone

sorry for keep posting questions but i have tried the search button and didnt get what i wanted to hear.

what inlet setup/throttle bodies would be these best setup to run in my m30. i am running meagasquirt and wasted spark?

any suggestions. i have seen some on here with m5 bodies but how easy is this to achieve.
