Does anyone know if the BTB 335 exhaust manifold will clear an e36/e46 rack?

I don't, my car has a standard rack, but I have one fitted to my cab if you wanted me to check clearance or take some photos.

Going to be selling my full BTB stainless system too if you wanted such a thing second hand.

Martin.

If you get a few minutes spare a couple of pics would great if you don't mind thanks :)

As for buying the system, if I have the cash when you come to sell it then I will be sure to want to buy it!

I'll be removing it from the car in the next couple of weeks, so will get some photos and a for sale ad up.

The whole system is a work of art, the manifold in particular, definately exhaust porn .....

Martin.

I removed the exhaust earlier in the week, and have just put a for sale ad up here on the Zone. http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... 66#2493266

For Bristol_Jer, I tried to take some photos showing clearance but I am not sure how successful this was. I include them below, and also measured the clearances as best I could. The gap between the individual manifold branches and the steering column is 12mm at it's closest. I am not sure what this means for the E36/E46 rack query, but hope it helps in some way.

Note that the mid and rear sections were removed in the photos, just the manifold in place.

Martin.
