E30 Zone

hello

I currently have a 316i and looking todo the swap to a 325i. Has anyone done this also how easy is it. I will be looking for parts etc if any one could help that would be great thank you

How easy it is depends on your ability really

As you're putting an E30 engine and drive train in an E30, it's very easy on that front. You'll need to change pretty much everything underneath. Engine, Gearbox, Diff, Radiator and coolant system, exhaust, engine loom and clocks. Don't forget your car will have smaller front struts and brakes plus only rear drums. So to do the swap properly and safely you need to look at getting discs all round as well.
