Cranks, no fuel, no spark, everything worked before swap

I got an ETA to play with cars and learn, after the swap it only cranks, i connected something wrong.
Right now these cables concern me:
What this cable does and where to connect it?
Do ECU need connections on these cables to power up?
Yeah i completely blank on cars, learning experience motivates me.
Anyway I did the swap with transmission I need it just to start, I almost reached my goal please give an advice, i will take pictures so it will be easier for you and me to understand what's going.
