E30 Zone

I have ordered a chip from Speedtouch and was wondering if it will enable the o2 senor as he's tune is for the UK maket. South African laws did not warrent emissions regulations when the e30 was in production so SA models run on an open loop.

Would i need to fit an o2 senior and orange relay so the chip has the correct signal?

cars in the uk did not need a cat and o2 sensor untill 1993, my 1990 320i never had an o2 sensor

Are you running a performance chip?

no the stock ecu went ages ago im running megasquirt 3
