Power steering help

When the engine is started the power steering seems to loose power when I start moving it gets hard to turn the steering wheel what could be at fault

Ill explain. Start then engine and turn the wheel full lock left then full lock right then left then right and so on, do it about 5 times then check the fluid level and top up if needed. Do the same again and check the level again.
Job done.

Job done.
Lift the front wheels clear of the deck first,saves 'flat spotting' your tyres...

Just driving onto as couple of old magazines will do the job.

Shinier the better. Most of the 'Men Only' I've come across have tended to be a bit sticky!

I read that bit in completely the wrong way...
