Been busy all day

Getting ready to take the engine out exhaust out an the manifold air box oil cooler some pipes got to the prop shaft looked bit hard so left an looking for some advice

there are 6 bolts at the gearbox gimble you only need to take 3 out.3 of them bolt the prop to the rubber gimble and tthe other 3 bolt the rubber to the gearbox.doesnt matter what 3 you take out.where the prop joins in the middle theres a big bolt loosen that and you should see the start of the splines then take the 2 bolts out the propshaft bearing and the prop will hang down. pull it back from the gearbox (maybe have to lossen the gearbox mounts) then once its off the gearbox pull it forward and it should slide out

Nice mate will have to check some pics to or diagrams on the job I will do I did have a look under but there was a big round rubber case in were I could see the bolts tried to turn them but it just turned round so don't know if I am doing the right ones

if its the bolts at the gearbox side put it in gear take a bolt out then take it out of gear turn the prop to get access to another bolt then put it back in gear to stop it turning
