what oil to use in m20 turbo

had a quick search but cant find anything, im not sure what to use so your help will be appreciated, thanks

read thro that might be some thing in there if not ask lol ive got Millers 10/40 pro competition running in oil in mine at the mo

I am running 10/40 in mine as well seems the guys in the u.s run this grade check on E30 tech for others as well matey.

thanks for the help lads i went for 5w40 millers competition full synthetic on the advice of the oilman from opie, he knows his stuff. thnks again.

cool I'm only using running in oil as my whole engine is near on new
