One or two turbo questions

I've been reading up about turbo conversions on here and I've decided it's the way I want to go. The engine will be a low comp M20B25 (I just need to go and get it now). I do intend on giving the car a good bit stick on track days, but it will mostly be used as a road car (and a daily driver!)
Firstly, I've come across this; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-E30-323-325-3 ... 2c58e4bc56 manifold. It looks pretty good though it seems a bit cheap, should I be worried?
Secondly, turbo choice. I'm looking at a hybrid TD04-18T (IIRC), from my SAAB turbo days, these were the ones to have, it's basically a GT28RS compressor on the Mitsi turbine and more importantly they can be had fairly cheap. I would need to convert the manifold to a T25 flange, I'm a machinist so that part isn't a problem. I'm aiming for a useable 300bhp, I know on a 2.0/2.3 SAAB they can push 350bhp on the right hardware. Boost might be 1.2-1.5bar, is that too much?

Lastly, the other things I'll be gathering are M30 injectors, M30 AFM or maybe even a MAF and a relevant chip. I just want to keep it on the OE management for now, though I'd be looking to move to M-Tech or Megasquirt when funds allow.
The clutch will be replaced for the best one I can afford at the time.
The intercooler and plumbing will be looked at nearer the time.
Is there anything else I've missed out?
