target afr table for m20b27?

Looking to know are there any target afr tables that would be a good base for N/A m20b27 10.4:1 comp, 272/272 cam and euro ron fuel?
any help greatly appreciated.
Also on a sidenote i have been searching hfor spark tables and found a few MS tables % and not MAP snyone have any map based tables?
