M20 Speedtouch mild chip fitted

Got a mild chip from Speedtouch recently and just fitted it to my 320i auto convt. What a difference ! So much more responsive, smoother and faster. Cheers Maurice. Followed the guide on wiki, but mine is a later one and had four mini torx head screws hold the the ECU together as we'll as the tangs, so that made me think. Well worth the money:D

Yes I had his chip fitted to my car when it was semi-stock, nice chip.

I then ran with it while I was running in my 2.8 stroker with a Dbilas 276 cam and alloy flywheel, and the car was totally fine with the stock AFM and computer and that chip.

I am now running the WAR chip and MAF conversion, and have lost the smoothness of that chip until I tune it out. I think I have more power now though.

Im really looking forward to see the power its pushing.

But at the same time ive rebuilt the head and replaced pretty much everything in the engine bay. Even inlet and rocker powdercoated in shadow chrome. Along with brand new Samco sport hoses.
