i need some on turbo size and output, i've been offered a turbo with the followin in;

50 A/R COLD
.63 5 BOLT STANDARD HOT SIDE
3"INLET DIAMENTER
2"OUTLET

.57 COMPRESSOR WHEEL TRIM
.60 A/R COMPRESSOR
.63 A/R TURBINE
57 TRIM

i was wondering if ne body no's if this turbo would work on an e30 325i 12v would be lookin to run fmic, bov, stand alone engine management, external wastegate. and wot kinda power i would be looking at.

ne info would be gd.

I should work, although might not be perfect.

I assume this is a T3 turbo? Does it not have any markings on it to show manufacturer?

With this turbo, your engine will produce 160bhp+ depending on how much boost you run.

Any ideas on how much boost you want to run??

Spec reads worryingly like the Ebay Tosh turbos dude.....

T3 would be nice to 7psi major torque too but no real topend rush if tht's what you crave ?

325i, 7psi, FMIC and MS made 270bhp @ surrey RR iirc
325i 4 psi FMIC and MS made 221bhp but 200+ lbs/ft @ 1800 rpm and held that to 5700 :D grunt like a Tdi anyone, did 40+ mpg too !

ebay turbo is what i thought it could have been 2.

would a proper garrett t3 be suitable for around 300hp

wot bits have u got for sale ????

Engine 2.7 low comp all forged steel ( super strong) specilly built for turbo application
rebuild gear box
6 branch split pulse tubular manifold ( the expensive proper one) with external wastegate adaptor
Holset HX35 Turbo can't rememeber spec of top of my head.
complet custom exhaust
front mount intercooler
all boost pipe work
55mm tail BOV
full standalone ECU
its a complete set-up for a fully boosted wagon running about 1.4 bar ATM approx 400 BHP
Its in the car for sale in my sig as i have lost my storage space and it needs to be sold... :D

If you ever decided to break the fridge I would be interested in the engine, not the manifolds, turbo etc.
