E30 Zone

Anyone going to the ring in the first 2 weeks of august?

Im possibly going early september but may be swayed to go in august if the numbers are high enough .
Might be better this being moved to the meets section ??

I will drive to the Ring some where over the Summer, I dont know when I can get holidays from work but still is half a year ahead so I am not worried about it....

Ive only got the first 2 weeks off in august and really want to go! Seeing as its my first time goin think it'd be better to go with people who have been before!

Not everyone is in a position to take time off whenever thay want to.

I've have to arrrange with my manager to get holidays
Even then,there is no gaurantee that i'll get them when i request them

As we have over 2 drivers off per week on holidays, the company has to juggle eveything around to try and accomodate all specific holiday request
sometimes this is not possible,hence i've booked mine well in advance( finish on the 19th, pod on the 21st, dover late 21st, france/germany on the 22nd).
few laps of the ring, down to munich for beer and busty fraulines for a few days, then down to austria to see some of my mates, then,maybe down to italy(or switzerland) to "enjoy" some of the finest mountain roads and passes.

Thats a loooooooooooooooooooong drive!!!!

Just fancy going back to Austria (kitzbeuhal) to see the guys i used to work with,and some of the local ladies(ski/snowboard intructors) who live there as well
After having a quick look at the map, i figured i could take in the "ring", and stop off in Munich to see a mate there as well
It just so happens,I've,purely by chance(cough) manage to arrange it to coincide with the start of Oktoberfest,so might as well stay in Munich for a few days to partake in a OR served by a host of busty bavarian beauties,while i'm there

I might be up for a Ring trip early August but not easy to take hols at beginning of the month. Like Rik I'm a novice so would like to go with others who've been before.

Me to, never been on the track before, thats why im thinking about going on an organizied trip!

A group of us from Chesterfield are going 14th-21st august

Start back at work on the 14th! gutted!

The 'family holiday' trip this year is from the 19/07 - 04/08, so I'll be around that weekend (and the one before, and the one before that )
