North West members meet?

Hi,
Been searching the forums to see if there is any meets happening in the NW but to no avail.
Is there any NW members that are interested in a meet?
I know a few places but the best place I can think of is the Mascrat Manor in Warrington, food, toilets and plenty of parking places. Also friendly environment for kids as there is a play area so bring the family. Food is TFO too!
Only had my E30 for 2 weeks and would like to meet other members and see your cars as well.
Not got any dates in mind at the moment as July for me is booked up and was just testing the water to see what other members were interested.
Cheers
Craig

Sounds good - we wouldn't get moved on though would we?
Or is there a few places 'around' the Trafford Centre that we can park without security being on their toes?
Only ever been to the Trafford Centre 3 times since it was built lol so not too familiar with the place but would still be a good location.

There are many car parks, pubs, hotels eating out places etc.
We could use the new indoor Ski Slope.(The eagle could have won Gold!)
Have you seen the size of that thing.
Sale Water Park would be a good location also.
Come on the North West Massive.
Honestly there are loads of fellow E30 owners on here. Its getting them out of bed is the problem.

For dates, I'm looking at mid to late August and it will be on a weekend, sat/sun. Possibly late August as we'll all be going on holidays etc.
Might give you some time to get your car back on the road?

The hollow tree pub is right on the A49 junction off the M56 they've got a good size carpark which could be good for a meet.

hell yeah. Car is holding charge happily now- putting water into an almost dry battery seemed to work!
if its first week in sept, may bring both tourings

503miles to collect a 325 touring with a suspected cracked head
sounds doable- only past manc, so about 4 hrs from me max

Good to see some more interest!!
With me just changing jobs my shifts keep changing so at the moment I can't give a date of when this could be. I also have requested holidays already and don't want to be asking for more days off etc. I work 1 in 4 weekends and my rotas are done 3 weekly so as soon as I know whats happening i'll sort the dates out and then we can get some names and the location sorted.
Talking of which, Southport beach is my fave option for a few reasons, it's pretty central for manchester/liverpool/NW areas and it's huge!! loads of space to park on the beach and a possible chance to do some drifting on the beach lol lots of food places about too.
Looks like it's going to be a great turn out - don't forget bring the kids, wife etc. mine will be coming for sure!!
