Croft is a great circuit - it's on a Monday and there will be camping in the paddocks Sunday night as well as t'pub.
£140 and open pit lane. I did about 250 miles around Croft when I was there last.
Officially you need to be in the BMWCC but unofficially you will be able to have a buzz round. about 7-8 places left I think. You can hire a helmet for peanuts and have tuition for free. It doesn't get better than this really.
Well worth doing.

Are you off around the circuit or just to spectate?
Might try and skip college and pop up.

I'll keep an eye on the post, not botherd for staying the night as it's only an hour up the road, plus i'll end up getting gassed, not ideal day for an hangover

Wakefield is about 1hour and you've got to be there at 7 so makes sense.
And there not expensive.
But as for the matter of getting drunk, we will see
